General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between LLC "VR Arena Georgia" s/c 405720402, Tbilisi Gldani Ilia Vekua 22.

(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its Users.

By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms that he/she has read and agrees to all the terms and conditions contained therein.

Service Description

The Company offers Users activities related to the entertainment center and virtual games

A detailed description of the service, prices and terms of performance are determined by an individual agreement.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Company is obliged to:
Provide high-quality service;
Protect the User's personal information;
Respond to the User's requests in a timely manner.

The User is obliged to:
Provide the Company with accurate information;
Pay for the service on time Fee;
Ensure safe access of company representatives to the workplace.

Settlement

The service fee and payment terms are determined by individual agreement.
In case of late payment, the company reserves the right to charge the customer a fine.

Liability

The company is responsible for the quality of the services provided by it.

The company is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Term and termination of the agreement

This agreement is valid from the moment of its acceptance and is valid for an indefinite period.

The parties have the right to terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice.

Dispute resolution

All disputes will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

Final provisions

This agreement can only be amended in writing.

This agreement is governed by the legislation of Georgia.
